Study Abroad
I studied abroad at the University of Costa Rica in San Ramón, Costa Rica. Please find below the courses I took during this time, some activities I was involved in and the paper I researched and wrote in Spanish on the health impact of the overuse of pre-trial imprisonment on Costa Rican citizens.
Courses
I took courses on Latin-American literature, Advanced Spanish Grammar and Conversation, Biological Diversity of Costa Rica, Costa Rican Cuisine and Dance. All of these courses together instilled in me a greater understanding and appreciation for the natural beauty and cultural richness of Costa Rica.
